Air conditioning and ventilation for the new Early Childhood classroom builds
The job
Start to finish, we organised, planned and constructed the mechanical services for the new Early Childhood Education centre. From supplying shop drawings through to final commissioning, every part of it was handled by our team in line with the consultant design by DSA Pty Ltd.
Three Daikin VRV split ducted air conditioning systems, one serving each classroom, run through a combination of fixed metal and flexible duct. Each unit has fresh air supply as required.
The ventilation side is two ducted fixed metal toilet exhaust systems, one for each toilet block, plus seven general exhaust systems through the storage and kitchen areas. The whole building runs on a small BMS that controls both the air conditioning and the ventilation.
