Questions we get asked
Is there a separate after-hours number?
No. One number, (08) 9082 7134, for everything. In office hours it reaches the office for quotes, servicing and accounts. Outside them it's a commercial breakdown line and you don't need to be an existing customer to use it.
How quickly will you reply to the form?
During office hours, usually the same day. If it's urgent, ring rather than typing. A phone call always beats a form when something is warming up.
Do you quote over the phone?
Not for installations. We'll get you a proper number after we've had a look at the site. For servicing and repairs we can explain how the pricing works on the call.
Where are you based?
Unit 2, 182 Boulder Road, Kalgoorlie WA 6430. That's where the workshop, the utes and the parts stock are.
