Almost all of our growth has come from referrals. Someone we've looked after tells someone else and that's a slow way to build a business and a very unforgiving one, because the reputation only travels while the work holds up.
In a town this size we aren't a name on an invoice. We run into our customers at the shops and at the footy, so a job we aren't proud of follows us around. That's a good reason to do it properly the first time.
We're based here. The office, the workshop and the stock are all in Kalgoorlie and this is where our families live. When we work on a school, a health facility or a shop on Hannan Street, it's not an anonymous job on a schedule. It's a building the people we know walk into.

We install what we've supplied. It means we're accountable for the whole job rather than the part we bolted on and it means the warranty is ours to chase rather than yours. If you've already bought a unit elsewhere we'll still service and repair it, we just won't be the ones to put it in.
