A consultation first, a system second
We start with the space and what it has to do. Orientation, glazing, ceiling height, how many people are in it, what hours it runs and what the power situation is. Then we'll tell you which system suits and why.
A Goldfields summer isn't a Perth summer. Equipment specified for a mild coastal climate will run flat out here, cost more to run and wear out early. Sizing for the actual conditions is the whole job.
What we supply and install
As a Daikin Specialist Dealer we install split systems, cassettes, ducted systems and VRV. We also supply and install Temperzone and Rinnai APAC package units, Seeley Coolair evaporative coolers and Climate Wizard where evaporative is genuinely the better answer for the building.
What we don't do is install a unit bought somewhere else. Every system we install is one we've supplied and can stand behind.

Hand picked, then trained
Daikin appoints Specialist Dealers rather than letting anyone sign up. In Daikin's own words they're hand picked and put through rigorous training against Daikin's standards and Daikin tells buyers to look for the Specialist Dealer logo when they're checking who they're dealing with. There are a little over 450 of us nationally.
What that means on your job: we're accountable to Daikin for the standard of the install, not just for selling you a box. We know the current range rather than the one from three years ago and when a site is unusual we can get a straight answer out of Daikin rather than guessing.
Split systems approved by Sensitive Choice
Daikin split systems carry Sensitive Choice approval from the National Asthma Council Australia. That's the blue butterfly you see on the box.

Are you a Daikin Specialist Dealer?
Yes. Daikin Specialist Dealers are hand picked by Daikin and trained across the full product range.
Split system or evaporative?
It depends on the building and how it's used. Evaporative works well in a dry climate with good airflow through the space and it's cheaper to run. Refrigerated cooling gives you control, works in a sealed building and gives you heating in winter. We'll tell you which one suits after we've looked at the site.
Can I supply my own unit and have you install it?
No. We install only units we've supplied. We're selective about the brands we carry and supplying the unit ourselves is what lets us stand behind the whole job: the equipment, the install and the years that follow afterwards.
