Replacement of fire damaged air conditioning and toilet ventilation
The job
After fire went through a seven tenancy commercial premises on Egan Street, we were contracted to remove and replace the damaged mechanical services.
The first job was an audit rather than a quote. We evaluated every unit left on site to work out which were still serviceable, then removed the ones that weren't. Five of the seven ducted systems were replaced outright, with all ductwork and diffusion. The remaining two were chemically cleaned and had their ductwork and diffusion replaced to suit.
A whole new fixed metal ducted toilet exhaust system was installed to serve the communal toilet block.
